How a Juwa login is issued
Juwa has no public registration screen. Every Juwa login, a username and a password, is created by the front desk for a real player. The fastest way to get one is the Sign Up & Get Free Play button: fill in the short form and your login arrives, usually within minutes, with free play added under the posted terms.
Juwa login step by step
- Press Sign Up & Get Free Play and complete the short form.
- Watch for the message from the front desk with your username, password and device link.
- Open the link on your phone or computer and enter the login exactly as sent; usernames are case-sensitive.
- Change your password if asked, and keep it to yourself.

Forgot or locked out?
Open the chat and tell the front desk your username. After a quick identity check the password is reset or a new login is issued. Never share a login with anyone who contacts you first, and only sign in through links the front desk sent.
