Why the download comes from the front desk
Install links are issued to members so they match a live account and the current version. That is why every Juwa download starts with the free sign-up, or with a quick message in the chat.
Your device, your route

| iPhone or iPad | APK files do not install on iOS, and we never claim an App Store app exists. The front desk gives you the browser route. |

Lookalike files
Search results are full of re-uploaded APK files and old installers that are outdated or altered. The safe Juwa APK is the one the front desk sends after you sign up. Then sign in as shown on Juwa Login.
Installing the Juwa APK on Android
- Open the link from the front desk in your phone’s browser.
- If Android asks, allow installs from that source for this one file.
- Open the app and sign in with the login the front desk sent. See How to Play.
Troubleshooting
Install blocked? Check the setting above, or ask for a fresh link. Old version? Delete it and use the new link from the front desk. Login rejected? See the FAQ or open the chat.
