Before you start
You need two things: a login and a way in. Both come from the front desk after the free sign-up. The full sign-in walkthrough is on Juwa Login.
The Juwa app or the browser
On Android, the Juwa app is installed from the link the front desk sends. On iPhone and computers there is no install: the browser route opens the same lobby. We never claim an App Store app exists.
Your first session
- Open the link the front desk sent for your device (Android: see Download; iPhone or computer: the browser link).
- Sign in, then look around the lobby before choosing a game.
- Check your balance and free play on the account screen.
- Try a few rounds with your free play before deciding anything else.
App trouble
If the Juwa app freezes or will not open, close it, check your connection and reopen it. Still stuck? Ask the front desk for a fresh link.
Playing smart
- Read the two deposit options on the Game Rules page before topping up. Deposits are optional.
- Set a budget and an end time before you start.
- Redemptions need 20 to 25 minutes of gameplay and a $10 minimum deposit per request.
